Adrian Baxter currently serves as the Network Operations Commercial Head for the Lower Thames Crossing at Jacobs since June 2016. In addition, Adrian holds the position of Practice Manager for Infrastructure Finance and Procurement at CH2M HILL, leading a team of experts in procurement, economics, finance, risk, project controls, and safety since 2011. Prior experience includes serving as Group Leader for Highway Strategy and Procurement at Halcrow from 2009 to 2011, where Adrian directed teams on significant projects for government clients. Adrian holds a degree in Civil Engineering (2.2) from UMIST Manchester and completed education at Sackville School in East Grinstead from 1973 to 1980.
