Alistair Norris

Alistair Norris is a Chief Technologist specializing in nuclear research and technology, currently serving at Jacobs. Previously, from 2012 to 2014, Alistair held various roles at the UK Ministry of Defence, including Nuclear Propulsion Research and Technology Management, where they coordinated the Nuclear Propulsion R&T Programme, and Submarine Nuclear Steam Raising Plant Manager, overseeing the design and development of the plant for future submarines. Alistair also contributed as a technical expert in Nuclear Propulsion Reactor Core Management, leading innovative design reviews for the UK's replacement nuclear deterrent submarine. Alistair earned a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering and Safety Management from Cranfield University, where they received the Jason Award for best thesis.
