Andrew Collinge

Andrew Collinge is a Director in Jacobs' Cities and Places team, focusing on data, technology, and connectivity to enhance urban infrastructure and community resilience. Currently, they contribute to the World Economic Forum’s G20 Global Smart City Alliance and serve as a Visiting Fellow at the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government. Previously, Andrew held leadership roles at the Greater London Authority and Dubai Government, spearheading initiatives in data governance, smart city technologies, and AI ethics. With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, they have been instrumental in developing innovative frameworks for urban services and infrastructure. Andrew is also a qualified lead assessor of AI systems under the IEEE CertifAIEd framework.
