Andy Heap

Andy Heap is a Chartered Project Professional with a background in Civil Engineering, having gained over 30 years of experience in highway projects. They have held various leadership roles, including Programme Director at Amey and Senior Technical Director at Arcadis, where they focused on project management excellence and team development. Andy is currently serving as Project Management Director at Jacobs while simultaneously working as a Project Manager at Ringway Jacobs. They hold a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from The University of Salford and a Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Sussex.
