Andy Solberg is currently the Global Market Solutions Director for Energy Decarbonization at Jacobs, where they help clients achieve ambitious energy transition and climate action goals. Previously, they served as the Sr. Manager for Renewable Energy & Site Development at Rivian from 2021 to 2023 and were the Director of Advanced Design and Simulation at CH2MHILL from 2004 to 2017. Andy began their career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at CH2M Hill IDC from 1996 to 2004. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, between 1988 and 1994.
