Anthony Harding is a Technical Director for Tunnels at Jacobs, bringing over 25 years of experience in civil and tunnel engineering. They previously held positions as a Principal Tunnel Engineer at Halcrow and CH2M HILL, where they managed numerous TBM tunnel projects globally. As a Global Technology Leader at CH2M, they developed and implemented tunneling technology and best practices for the company. Anthony holds a BEng in Civil and Structural Engineering and a PhD in Construction Management, both from the University of Edinburgh.
