Benjamin Hoffman, P.E., is currently the Geotechnical Practice Lead for the Northwest Tunnel & Ground Engineering Group. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at GeoEngineers Inc. and were a Geotechnical Engineer at Jacobs, where they gained extensive experience in site and geotechnical design, including foundation analysis and seismic considerations. Benjamin began their career as a Staff Engineer at Landau Associates, where they managed geotechnical drilling and sampling programs. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
