Blá McElroy

Blá McElroy is a PMO Manager with over 20 years of experience in governance and control, specializing in stakeholder management and project delivery. They began their career at Keogh Software as a Trainer/Implementer, followed by roles at Amdocs and Kerry Foods, where they further developed their expertise in project management. Blá currently serves as the Governance & Controls Manager at Jacobs and has a strong focus on process improvements and team leadership. They are also pursuing a Diploma in Business and Computer Skills at Dublin Business School and a Certificate in Information Technology Support at Cork Institute of Technology.
