Breeann Draper

Breeann "Breezy" Draper is a Senior Highway Engineer and ADA expert currently working at Jacobs Engineering in their transportation group, where they lead project teams and mentor future engineers. With a strong focus on high-level design execution, Breezy utilizes their extensive experience to provide exceptional service to clients. Previously, Breezy worked at Stanley Consultants, gaining expertise in roadway design, modeling, and ADA field measurements, while also managing technical teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion. Breezy holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University and is a licensed PE in Arizona and Texas, as well as an Envision Certified Professional.
