Cassandra Proctor, CFCM, is a multi-faceted and cost-efficient procurement and contracts manager with extensive experience in operational support, contract management, and negotiations. They have held positions such as Sr. Contracts Administrator at CH2M HILL and currently serve as a Contracts Manager at Jacobs since 2008.
