Chandace Arledge

Chandace Arledge, MBA, ENV SP, is a seasoned chemical engineer, sales executive, and people leader with 21 years of proven performance in the industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Growth and Sales Operations at Jacobs, Chandace previously held multiple roles within the organization, focusing on strategy and growth for federal agencies. Chandace’s earlier experience includes significant contributions at CH2M HILL, where they successfully managed key accounts and led initiatives that achieved notable financial growth. Chandace is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University and is also enrolled in an MBA program at Simmons College.
