Chris Elmore is an experienced multidiscipline project manager and engineer specializing in rail and wastewater projects. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Halcrow since 2004, Chris focuses on independent engineering reviews, environmental planning, and business development. Previously, Chris held roles at Mott MacDonald and CH2M HILL, where they managed wastewater facilities and provided support for HS2 initiatives in the West Midlands. Chris also has project management experience with London Underground and has earned a HNC in Civil Engineering from Crawley College.
