Cindy Sears

Cindy Sears has extensive experience in marketing coordination and management across multiple organizations. Starting as a Marketing Coordinator at Cromwell Architects Engineers from November 1994 to July 2004, responsibilities included developing marketing strategies and managing design award submissions. Sears advanced to the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator at Carter & Burgess from May 2005 to September 2007, where oversight of proposal processes was key. Following an acquisition by Jacobs Engineering in 2007, Sears held various positions including Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Manager, and ultimately became Regional Inside Sales Manager at Jacobs Engineering Group from February 2010 to November 2011, focusing on team optimization and development. Since November 2007, Sears has served as Sales Operations Manager for the Federal sector at Jacobs Engineering, concentrating on client relationship strategies and proposal management. Educational qualifications include a diploma from George School and a BA in Special Education and German Literature from Guilford College.
