Colm Sheehy

Colm Sheehy is a Senior Associate Director at Jacobs, with over twelve years of extensive experience in economics, commercial advisory, and econometrics. In the role, Colm manages technical and commercial advisory projects in the transport sector, focusing on large-scale infrastructure business cases and research-based analyses across transport, EV charging, water, and housing. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Economic Consultant at CEBR, where focus was on project delivery and business development in microeconomics, along with roles at Volterra Partners LLP, Dialogue by Design, IDA Ireland, Forfás, and AIB Corporate Banking International, covering various aspects of economic analysis, forecasting, and compliance. Colm holds an MSc in Economics and a BA in Economics and Sociology from Trinity College Dublin.
