Craig Malcolm

Craig Malcolm, PMP®, PMI-SP®, CAPM®, is the Head of Program Controls at Jacobs, bringing over 20 years of experience in Project Control, Project Services Management, Planning, and Cost Engineering. They have managed significant projects across the civil and mechanical sectors, including a £1.7 billion telecom implementation for Network Rail and a major £4.2 billion transport upgrade for Transport for London. Craig is known for their strong leadership skills and proficiency in various project management software, including P6 and MSP, and is currently pursuing education in Frontline Leadership at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
