Damini M is an experienced architecture professional with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Malaviya National Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Damini began career at Dar Al-Handasah (Shair and Partners) as an Architect from January 2015 to May 2017. Following this, Damini served as an Assistant Project Manager at Earth Bound Homes from February 2019 to December 2020, focusing on custom residential homes and managing client and subcontractor relationships, with a current emphasis on two Passive homes in the Bay Area. Damini continued at Jacobs in various roles, starting as Project Management Intern and evolving to Project Management Support from December 2020 to February 2023, and currently holds the position of Project Manager.
