Daniel Milner

Daniel Milner is an experienced civil engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since December 2013, Daniel has served as the Head of Solution Management at Jacobs, overseeing the Solution Management team for Transportation across Rail, Local Government, Highways, and Aviation markets. Previous roles include Associate Director of Highways and Principal Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed engineering and design management for major highway projects. Prior to Jacobs, Daniel held senior engineering positions at AECOM and WSP Group, focusing on infrastructure design and project management. Earlier experience includes roles as an Assistant Engineer at Strata Homes Yorkshire and as an Engineering Technician at Barnsley MBC, contributing to housing development and highway improvement schemes. Daniel holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Leeds Beckett University and additional qualifications from Sheffield College and Barnsley College.
