Dave Pay

Dave Pay is a Project Director at Jacobs, where they have worked since 2008. With a strong background in the construction industry, Dave has extensive experience in project and program management, procurement, superintendence, and contract administration. Prior to joining Jacobs, they operated as a Self Employed Project Manager and Development Consultant from 2000 to 2008, focusing on land development, infrastructure, and buildings. Dave is currently pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying at the Durban University of Technology.
