David E. Smith, PE, PMP, is the Director of Program Management at Jacobs, bringing over 20 years of experience in program and project management, engineering, and supervision across various sectors. They have successfully managed global projects valued up to $300 million and have held key positions at Edward Kraemer and Sons, Inc., CH2M HILL, and Raytheon, where they oversaw significant initiatives such as the South Pole Station Modernization and various Arctic science projects. Currently, David is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering at Iowa State University and an Executive Master of Business Administration at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business.
