David Harman

David Harman is a seasoned professional in contaminated land consulting and contracting, currently serving as the Remediation Design and Management Lead at Jacobs. They have held various leadership roles, most recently as Risk Management Director at Provectus Group, where they improved safety, health, environment, and quality performance while driving significant carbon emission reductions. David's extensive experience includes project management, contract negotiations, and technical supervision within diverse sectors such as property development and oil & gas. They hold a Master's Degree in Environmental Science from Murdoch University and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Kingston University. Additionally, David is actively involved in local government as a Deputy Mayor and Councillor, focusing on climate emergency and civic pride initiatives.
