David Paddon is the Divisional Director for Transport Planning, Cities and Places at Jacobs, specializing in Strategic Transport Masterplanning. With expertise in assessing both the impacts of mixed-use developments on transportation networks and the effects of new infrastructure, David has worked on projects across the UK, Malaysia, and the Middle East. Previously, David served as an Associate Director at Colin Buchanan, and later as a Senior Associate at SKM Colin Buchanan before its acquisition by Jacobs. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from St Andrew's College and an Engineer's Degree from the University of Cape Town.
