David Schoster

David Schoster, PE, DBIA, is the Vice President and Florida Design-Build Manager at Jacobs, where they oversee the growth and management of water and wastewater design-build projects across Florida. They previously served as a Project Manager at CH2M HILL from 2001 to 2017, managing preconstruction and design for utility projects. Earlier in their career, David worked as a Project Engineer at Messer Construction Co. and as a Structural Engineer at THP Limited, Inc. They hold a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
