David Sinclair is currently the Associate Director of Rail Civils, having previously held various engineering roles at Jacobs, including Principal Civil Engineer and Senior Civil Engineer. They completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering with 1st Class Honours at The University of Edinburgh from 2004 to 2009. Sinclair also contributed to Network Rail as an Assistant Asset Engineer and Project Engineer on secondments in 2013 and 2014, focusing on bridge assessments and infrastructure design for the Glasgow Queen Street Development.
