David Speight

David Speight is a Vice President at Jacobs and the Programme Director for SZC Main Civil Works at Sizewell C. With over 40 years of UK and international experience in major infrastructure and development projects, they have held leadership roles across various sectors, including nuclear power, aviation, and civil engineering. Prior to current positions, David served as Head of Construction at EDF for the HPC Nuclear New Build and as Delivery Director for the Heathrow Expansion. David's career also includes significant roles with Aggregate Industries, Hanson UK, Ovenden Earthmoving, UNEC, Lendlease, and HS2 Ltd. They began their professional journey as an apprentice with Knight Piesold after earning their degree from the University of Kent.
