David Webborn is a chartered civil engineer, environmentalist, and project manager currently serving as the Head of Project Information Management (Europe) at Jacobs, where they implement strategic road maps for project information across the UK and Europe. With extensive experience in sustainable civil infrastructure, David has managed high-profile flood risk and coastal erosion projects, leveraging digital design technologies to enhance efficiency and client value. Their past roles include Associate Director at Jacobs and Project Manager at the Environment Agency, where they led critical appraisal studies for flood risk management schemes. David holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southampton.
