Doug Clark

Doug Clark possesses extensive experience in water and wastewater management, serving as the Water Pollution Control Superintendent for the City of Bowling Green from July 2007 to February 2023, overseeing a facility rated at 10 MGD / 20 MGD and supervising a team of 12. Prior experience includes serving as the Wastewater Treatment Superintendent for the City of Van Wert, managing a facility rated at 4 MGD / 8 MGD while ensuring compliance with EPA regulations and overseeing a comprehensive pretreatment program. Additionally, Doug Clark has been actively involved with the Ohio Water Environment Association (OWEA) since 2000, holding various leadership roles, and is currently working as an Operations and Maintenance Consultant with Jacobs. Earlier career positions include serving as Water/Wastewater Superintendent for the Village of Antwerp and as an Equipment Operator/Water Plant Operator for the Village of Paulding. Doug Clark received a diploma from Paulding High School and completed training in Water/Wastewater through the Operating Training Committee of Ohio from 1990 to 2006.
