Dr. Ulrich Häp is currently the Client Delivery Director for Federal & Environmental services at Jacobs, where they focus on defense and aviation. Previously, Dr. Häp held leadership roles at multiple organizations, including CEO of igr Aerodrome Engineering GmbH and various managerial positions at igr GmbH, Spiekermann GmbH, and RUAG. Dr. Häp also served as an officer and scientific staff member at Universität der Bundeswehr München, where they completed a doctorate in air traffic and air traffic facilities. From 2001 to 2004, they were an officer in the Luftlandebrigade 26 "Saarland."
