Eleanor Raper

Eleanor Raper is a Principal Process Engineer at Jacobs and a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager with a diverse background in water treatment and resource management. They previously worked as a Senior Geoscientist at Envireau Water, focusing on wastewater and drinking water treatment, and as a Researcher at Tata Steel, specializing in effluent treatment processes. Eleanor holds a PhD from Cranfield University, where they researched the mitigation of pollutant emissions from the steel industry, and a PGCE from Durham University, establishing their foundation in education.
