Ellen Dwyer

Ellen Dwyer currently serves as the Director of Sales & Strategic Growth for OMFS Facilities Services at Jacobs, a position held since October 2021. Previously, Dwyer was the Director of Business Development & Sales for Federal Programs at Fluor Corporation, where responsibilities included business development and management for contracts related to the Department of Defense and other government agencies. Additional notable experience includes roles as Director of Business Development & Sales at EMCOR Government Services, Corporate Director of Business Development for International Programs at Michael Baker International, and Sales/Business Development Manager for Federal Programs at URS. Dwyer co-founded and managed Internet Import Company, overseeing daily operations for a successful start-up, and served as Director of Business Development at M. A. Mortenson Company. Dwyer holds a degree in German Language from the University of Munich and additional education from California State University, Chico.
