Elsa Cubas

Elsa Cubas is a skilled Cost Engineer and Project Controller with extensive experience in project control and cost management. They held various positions, including Senior Cost Control Engineer at Exyte, managing a multibillion-euro project in Ireland, and National Lead – Project Control & Planning Manager at PDG Realty in Brazil, where they oversaw planning and control for over 200 construction sites. Currently, Elsa is a Senior Cost Engineer/Project Controller at Jacobs. They have demonstrated a strong ability to optimize costs, enhance reporting accuracy, and implement effective project management practices throughout their career.
