Emilio Moia is a Manager of Engineering and subject matter expert in HVAC design and energy optimization at Jacobs’ Advanced Facilities business. With over 25 years of experience in HVAC systems engineering, Emilio has specialized in designing systems for pharmaceutical plants, including aseptic production and biotech facilities. Emilio contributed to the development of the ISO standard for clean rooms and actively participates in technical committees related to ISO standards. Throughout the career, Emilio has collaborated with leading multinational companies to advance energy efficiency and sustainability in facilities, having notably worked on a pharma project recognized as an ISPE FOYA category winner for Sustainability. Emilio is currently pursuing degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Energy Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.
