Eric Hawkinson

Eric Hawkinson is a Senior Land Use Planner and Project Manager at Jacobs, specializing in land development and permitting solutions across various sectors, including renewable energy. With nearly a decade of experience, Eric previously worked as a Project Planner at Pacific Community Design and an Environmental Planner at Tetra Tech, managing substantial development projects and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Eric's earlier roles included serving as a LEED Technical Assistant at C-Wise and as a news correspondent, which helped cultivate strong communication skills. Eric holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Iowa, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism & Mass Communication.
