Francois Heyns is a Chartered Professional Engineer with extensive experience in railway services, focusing on the development, implementation, and maintenance of railway projects. Currently serving as a Principal Rail Engineer at Jacobs, they lead various rail engineering projects across Australia and New Zealand.
