Gregory Welch

Gregory Welch, PE, is a seasoned leader in the water industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President & Executive Director of Operations for the Northeast Geography at Jacobs. With a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Auburn University, they previously held roles such as Vice President and Design-Build Sales Director at Jacobs, where they focused on growing the design-build business across the United States. Prior to that, Gregory spent two decades at CH2M, advancing through various management positions and significantly enhancing business operations and client relationships. Their career began as a Graduate Engineer at Montgomery Water Works & Sanitary Sewer Board.
