Hanh Dao

Hanh Dao has extensive legal experience, holding the position of Team Chief at the U.S. Army JAG Corps from April 2002 to June 2025. Previously, Hanh served as Of Counsel in the Office of the City Attorney for Los Angeles from January 2007 to October 2012 and as a Supervisory Attorney for the Internal Revenue Service from October 1999 to January 2007. Recently, Hanh was appointed Assistant General Counsel for Jacobs in July 2025. Hanh holds a JD in Law from Boston University School of Law (1995), a Master's degree in Military Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College (2023), and a B.S. in Finance from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona (1992).
