Harry Clements is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as the Associate Director of River Engineering at Jacobs since January 2024. Prior to this role, Harry worked at Arup for 17 years, where responsibilities included positions as Senior Engineer, Engineer, and Technician. Harry holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering from Coventry University, obtained between 2010 and 2016, as well as a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Civil Engineering from the University of Wolverhampton, completed from 2009 to 2011.
