Harry Tom is an experienced transportation engineering executive and building commissioning manager. They served as the Chief Systems Officer/Commissioning Services at New York City Transit from 2005 to 2011, where they developed the agency's first building commissioning plan. Currently, Harry is a Commissioning Manager and Deputy Construction Manager at Jacobs Engineering, overseeing significant projects such as the $2B+ Chicago Transit Red Line Modernization and the reconstruction of the World Trade Center Transportation Hub. Additionally, they were the President of the Municipal Engineers of the City of New York from 2008 to 2009 and hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the City University of New York City College.
