Jack Tinker

Jack Tinker is a Civil Design Specialist at Jacobs, where responsibilities include modeling storm flow events and developing Standard Operating Procedures for the South End Water Pollution Control Centre. With experience in the Combined Sewer Overflow Master Plan project, Jack focuses on innovative control options to mitigate environmental impacts. Previous roles include positions as a Highway Planning and Design Engineering Aid and Hydraulic Engineering Aid with the Government of Manitoba, where Jack reviewed design drawings and engaged in hydraulic structure design. Early career experience also includes inspections as a Geotechnical Engineering Aid and data collection as a Land Surveyor. Jack holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Manitoba and a high school diploma from Teulon Collegiate Institute.
