James Borton

James (Jim) Borton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, environmental management, and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Consulting for the Technical Services Group at Jacobs since January 2018, Jim leads a team of operators and engineers across the U.S. Also, Jim is the President and Owner of Lincoln Way Vineyards, Inc., managing a family-run winery known for award-winning Ohio wines. Prior experience includes directing operational services at CH2M and managing utilities for the City of Wooster. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Environmental Business Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a certificate in Public Management from Cleveland State University, and a Bachelor’s in Natural Resources Policy from The Ohio State University.
