James Burke is a Senior Associate Director and an experienced Chartered Civil Engineer with a demonstrated history in the construction and highway industry. They have worked on major highway projects in both Ireland and the UK and held positions at Project Centre Ltd, Carlow County Council, and Quinn Reddin Ltd.
