James Craddock

James Craddock is a chartered Project and Programme Leader with fifteen years of experience managing complex project deliveries. They have held roles in notable organizations, including Applied Geology, where they began as a Technician, and TSP Projects, where they served as Project Manager and later Senior Project Manager, focusing on railway infrastructure projects like Crossrail. They held command within the British Army as a Troop Commander, overseeing construction projects and team development across various locations. Currently, they are a Programme Manager at Jacobs, after previously serving as Head of Project Management and Engineering at Aggregate Industries UK. James pursued a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering at the University of Bristol and is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
