James Johns

James Johns is a Senior Technical Advisor in the Toll Systems & Operation Practice at Jacobs, a position they have held since 2018. They previously served as a Senior Toll Systems Program Manager at Jacobs Engineering from 2010, and prior to that, they were a Senior Project Manager at Wilbur Smith Associates from 1993 to 2010. James has also held the role of Project Manager at TDC Inc. between 1997 and 1998. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Roger Williams University in 1992.
