James Richards, PE, has extensive experience in construction management and project leadership, demonstrated through roles held at various companies. At HDR from August 2016 to August 2021, James served as the WA Construction Management and Field Services Lead. Prior to this, James worked as a Carpenter Foreman in residential and commercial construction from June 2005 to August 2008 and was a Discipline Superintendent at Kiewit Infrastructure from May 2009 to April 2016. Following HDR, James took on the role of Construction Management Business Line Lead at WSP USA from August 2021 to September 2023. Currently, James is a Senior Project Manager at Jacobs as of November 2023. James holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Idaho, completed between 2008 and 2010.
