Jeff Penman holds an MBA and several professional certifications, including CF APMP, CPSM, and CSM. Currently serving as a Sales Operations Manager at Jacobs since April 2021, Jeff specializes in researching, writing, and editing A/E/C SF330 proposals to secure federal contracts. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Proposal Specialist at Southland Industries and Envise, where Jeff wrote and coordinated proposals for various sectors, achieving successful bids in multiple regions. Jeff also worked as a Marketing Specialist at CBRE, developing interactive sales presentations, and as a Marketing and Proposals Associate at Educational Data Systems/Planware. Educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a Philosophy minor from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
