Jeff Rigby

Jeff Rigby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics. Currently serving as a Contract Administrator at the U.S. Department of Energy since July 2023, Jeff also holds the position of Senior Subcontract Administrator at Jacobs and Supply Chain/Procurement Manager at BWX Technologies, Inc. Jeff's military background includes significant roles in the US Navy, such as Director of Logistical Services on the USS Abraham Lincoln and Supply Officer on the USS New York, showcasing leadership over large teams and substantial budgets. Jeff holds multiple degrees from Gonzaga University and the University of Kansas, including a Master’s in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, complemented by a diverse educational foundation in Economics, History, Political Science, and Philosophy.
