Jeff Smith

Jeff Smith is a seasoned professional in the construction management industry, currently serving as the Federal PMCM Market Leader at Jacobs since April 2013, overseeing nationwide Federal PMCM operations. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager of Projects at Jacobs, where specialization focused on Federal buildings and infrastructure, and Project Executive at Parsons, managing client accounts for the GSA and Architect of the Capitol. Additional expertise was gained as Project Executive at Black & Veatch, concentrating on the federal design-build market, and Senior Construction Manager at Jacobs, handling significant Federal building modernizations.
