Jeff Werner

Jeff Werner, MBA, JD, PMP, PSP, CCM, CFCC, CQM-C, is a program management and construction management professional with over 45 years of experience in project controls, QA/QC, and dispute resolution. They have held key roles at various companies, including AECOM, where they currently serve as Senior Program Manager, overseeing significant projects such as the Ocean Outfall Legislation Program. Previously, Jeff was involved in large-scale infrastructure projects, serving in positions from Construction Manager to QC Inspector across notable organizations such as Sverdrup Civil Jacobs Engineer and Parsons. They are also an experienced expert witness in construction mediation, arbitration, and litigation, representing clients globally in construction disputes through their consulting firm, Werner Consulting LLC. Jeff holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Project Management from The University of Texas at Dallas and a JD from Concord Law School at Purdue University Global.
