Jess Raphael Ross is currently the Environmental Remediation Practice Leader at Jacobs, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to this role, Jess worked as an Environmental Engineer and Project Manager at CH2M HILL from 2000 to 2017 and as a Project Engineer at Geomatrix Consultants from 1997 to 2000. Jess holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine.
