Jo Hall

Jo Hall is an experienced professional in business development, marketing, and social value leadership. Currently serving as Social Value Lead at Jacobs since July 2024, Jo previously held the position of Head of Business Development, Marketing and Communications at Archus from November 2021 to July 2024. Jo's expertise also includes leading business development and marketing efforts at firms such as HGL - Commercial Construction and Sweet Construct, as well as serving as Executive Director at Bath Racecourse from 2011 to 2019, where full P&L accountability was managed while delivering major redevelopment projects including a £5 million facility upgrade. Jo Hall holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing and Law from the University of the West of England.
