Joe Clarke is a technical leader specializing in flood risk analysis, technology, and systems thinking. As the Head of the Hydroinformatics team at Jacobs, they lead the integration of data science and innovative solutions to address water catchment and flood resilience challenges. Joe's experience includes serving as Associate Director of Hydroinformatics and conducting research at CH2M HILL and the University of Bristol. They hold a first-class Masters degree in Civil Engineering and an Engineering Doctorate in Systems, and are a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager. Currently, Joe is the technical lead for the development of the next-generation national flood risk analysis for England, NaFRA2.
